Service Description

In these guided sessions there will be no talking in the sauna. There will be 3 rounds of 12-15 minutes, with music and essential oils, followed by a 5-7 minute break where you can cool off in the ice bath or under the hose. These sessions are inspired by the European 'Aufgus'. Bring an extra towel to sit on and water to drink.

Cancellation Policy

In order to get a full refund of your booking, please cancel or reschedule 3 hours before the session. You can do this by logging into the website and going to your profile. Under 'Edit Profile' you will find 'Your Bookings' where you can cancel or reschedule.
